eBooks offer many benefits and advantages.

1. eBooks are delivered almost instantaneously. You can purchase, download, and start reading them within minutes.

2. eBooks are portable. You can carry a whole library on your device, reading anywhere, on the bus, train, airplane, or while standing in line.

3. Fonts and colours in eBooks can be changed and resized, making it easier to read on small screens. It is also possible to listen to some of the eBooks, just like listening to audio books.

4. eBooks can be interactive, contain audio, video, animation and links more information on related websites.

5. After download, you don’t have to be connected to the Internet in order to read the eBook.

Apple Devices

Apple devices comes standard with an app called Books. eBook downloads on an Apple device will automatically open and be stored in this app.

Android and Windows Devices

If downloading on an Android or Windows device, you will first need to download an eBook Reader. While many options are available, Freda is a free application that will serve your needs.
