Autumn leaves dancing around our feet under grey skies. This sets the scene for my first meeting with Dorothy Elmer in the rotunda at Princes Court Village. Dorothy projected a strong presence, showing great pride and love for her family. Challenged by the divorce of her first marriage early in life, and the deaths of two of her children, Dorothy shows great strength of character. Dorothy is very much a lady and appears fulfilled with the simple things in life, which is a valuable lesson for us all.
